| dc.description | This clinical case focused on the study of bereavement and acceptance loss of a limb in a 55-year-old adult. Which was developed under the use of methodology and psychometric tests, being tools that allowed the collection of data for the analysis and elaboration of a diagnosis. Based on THED-10 criteria, the following diagnosis was identified: F32.2 severe depressive episode without psychotic symptoms, from the loss of its limb. Grief and acceptance is a process to cope with the situation in a better way that does not cause serious problems in the future, so this project deals with the acceptance of the loss of a member and the natural stages that an individual pass. Depression occurs with bad thoughts regarding life, the process of therapy in the patient is fundamental to improve their thinking and situation, in which positive results are achieved. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este caso clínico se centró en el estudio de duelo y aceptación ante la pérdida de una extremidad en un adulto de 55 años. El cual se desarrolló bajo el uso de metodología y test psicométricos, siendo herramientas que permitieron la recolección de datos para el análisis y elaboración de un diagnóstico. Basándose en los criterios del CIE-10 se identificó el siguiente diagnóstico: F32.2 episodio depresivo grave sin síntomas psicóticos, por motivo de la pérdida de su extremidad. El duelo y la aceptación es un proceso para poder sobrellevar la situación de mejor manera en que no cause problemas graves en un futuro, por ello este proyecto trata sobre la aceptación de la pérdida de un miembro y las etapas naturales que pasa un individuo. La depresión se presenta con pensamientos malos con respecto a la vida, el proceso de terapia en el paciente es fundamental para mejorar su pensamiento y situación, en la que se logra obtener resultados positivos. | es_ES |
