dc.descriptionMarketing strategies applied to tourism allow the power to enhance tourism within a place, city or country. Today there are a number of marketing strategies that help promote tourism and economic development of the place where these strategies are applied. The use of marketing strategies within the hacienda El Guayabo allowed the power to cover a wider number of people looking for a place to visit. Through the application of marketing strategies, the tourist attractions will be provided in addition to what the farm offers, which in turn allowed the economic and tourist development of the farm. The methodology applied within the present research is hypothetical deductive-inductive because it proceeds to the analysis, study of information and collected data, which allows the establishment of conclusions and possible recommendations, the same survey and interview technique was used. It reflected as a result that the hacienda El Guayabo is known but needs better marketing strategies for tourism promotion and the practice of agrotourism within it, in this way the development of the farm will be achieved. Agrotourism and rural tourism could be defined as that type of tourism centralized in non-urban environments that use, take advantage of the facilities and resources of a rural environment such as, for example, farms, country houses, lighthouses, farms, etc.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas estrategias de marketing aplicadas al turismo permiten el poder potencializar el turismo dentro de un lugar, ciudad o país. Hoy en día existe un sin número de estrategias de marketing que ayuda a fomentar el turismo y el desarrollo económico del sitio donde se apliquen dichas estrategias. El uso de las estrategias de marketing dentro de la hacienda El Guayabo permitirá poder abarcar un número más amplio de personas que buscan un lugar donde visitar. Mediante la aplicación de estrategias de marketing se dará a conocer los atractivos turísticos que ofrece la hacienda además que permitirá el desarrollo económico y turístico de la hacienda. La metodología aplicada dentro de la presente investigación es de carácter hipotético deductivo-inductivo pues se procede al análisis, estudio de información y datos recopilado lo mismo que permite el poder establecer conclusiones y posibles recomendaciones, se empleó la técnica de encuesta y entrevista la mismas que reflejó como resultado que la hacienda, El Guayabo es conocida pero necesita mejores estrategias de marketing para la promoción turística y la práctica del agroturismo dentro de la misma, de esta forma se conseguirá el desarrollo de la hacienda. El agroturismo y el turismo rural se podrían definir como aquel tipo de turismo centralizado en entornos no urbanos que utilizan, aprovechan las instalaciones y recursos de un entorno rural como, por ejemplo, las granjas, las masías, los faros, las explotaciones agrarias, etc.es_ES
