| dc.description | At present there are many companies that are dedicated to the wholesale of computers, computer peripheral equipment and computer programs, that is, there is a lot of competition, but the company that has the best prices, program designs and distribution prevails. The objective of this research work is to identify the weaknesses that the organization presents with respect to economic management, through horizontal analysis, vertical analysis and financial reasons. The elements to be used are the income statement and the statement of financial position or balance sheet. It is important to mention the decrease in income that the company presented in the provision of services in the development of computer programs during 2019; Based on financial analysis, it has been possible to support the problems that the company has, for which the respective conclusions will be established. The methodology used in the research is inductive, by means of an interview to collect information on the procedures that the accounting department has carried out in order to carry out this case study. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad existen muchas empresas que se dedican a la venta al por mayor de ordenadores, equipos informáticos periféricos y programas informáticos, es decir hay mucha competencia, pero prevalece la empresa que tiene mejores precios, diseños de programas y distribución. El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es identificar las debilidades que presenta la organización con respecto al manejo económico, a través del análisis horizontal, el vertical y las razones financieras. Los elementos que se van a usar es el estado de resultados y el estado de situación financiera o balance general. Es importante mencionar sobre la disminución de ingresos que presentó la empresa en la prestación de servicios en la elaboración de programas informáticos durante el año 2019; en base a los análisis financieros se ha podido respaldar la problemática que tiene la empresa, por lo que se establecerán las respectivas conclusiones. La metodología empleada en la investigación es inductiva, mediante entrevista para recopilar información de los procedimientos que ha efectuado el departamento contable para poder realizar el presente estudio de caso. | es_ES |
