The objective of this clinical case was to improve the nutritional status of the 45-year-old female patient with hepatic steatosis and mixed dyslipidemia. Hepatic Steatosis has become a health problem within the top 10 causes of death in the country. Mixed dyslipidemia is a pathology due to both lipid and lipoprotein alteration linked to a high cardiovascular risk and manifests itself with the presence of hypertriglyceridemia and hypercholesterolemia, with increased low density lipoproteins, very low density, cholesterol and triglycerides, reaching the 2 pathologies to have as a developmental origin the food patterns of the population. A systematic bibliographic review was carried out. In the development of this study, the nutritional status of the patient was determined through the application of anthropometric, biochemical, clinical and dietary methods, with which Grade 1 obesity and mixed dyslipidemia were diagnosed. In view of this, the nutritional plan to be followed was prescribed and it was finally concluded that a one-month nutritional follow-up was carried out showing the achievement of the overall objective of the present case.es_ES
