dc.descriptionThe purpose of this case study is to analyze the optimization of technical and administrative resources of the company ZOOM-NET,as well as to identify the causes that cause errors in processes between the departments of the company. ZOOM-NET is a company that provides both business and residential internet services in the Tres Postes campus among others, this being the main office of the company and to which the case study was carried out, which is located, on Carmen Avenue and A Street. For the purposes of the development of this research, this study was carried out on the basis of the criteria of the field research methodology, descriptive by means of the qualitative method. The research techniques used were carried out through technical visits, as well as interviews with the manager and employees of the company in order to obtain truthful information to generate the relevant conclusions of the case, so that the line of research on which this case study is based is that of "Information and Communication Systems, Entrepreneurship and Innovation". In conclusion, it could be found that the departments involved in the case study had lacks in terms of the management of the processes, in addition to not standardizing them, thus causing a good optimization for the company in both the economic and technological part.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio, tiene como objetivo, Analizar la optimización de recursos técnicos y administrativos de la empresa ZOOM-NET, así como identificar las causas que provocan los errores en los procesos entre los departamentos de la empresa. ZOOM-NET es una empresa proveedora de servicios de internet tanto empresarial como residencial en el recinto de Tres Postes entre otros, siendo esta la oficina principal de la empresa y a la cual se realizó el caso de estudio, la cual se encuentra ubicada, en la avenida Carmen y calle A. Para efectos del desarrollo de esta investigación, este estudio se efectuó basándose en los criterios de la metodología de investigación de campo, descriptiva por medio del método cualitativo. Las técnicas de investigación empleadas fueron realizadas por medio de visitas técnicas, así como entrevistas al gerente y empleados de la empresa con el fin de obtener información verídica que permita generar las conclusiones pertinentes del caso, de manera que la línea de investigación en la que está basado este estudio de caso es el de “Sistemas de Información y comunicación, emprendimiento e innovación”. En conclusión, se pudo encontrar que los departamentos involucrados en el caso de estudio tenían falencias en cuanto al manejo de los procesos, además de no manejar de forma estandarizada los mismos, provocando de esta manera una buena optimización para la empresa tanto en la parte económica como tecnológica.es_ES
