dc.description | The GADs in Ecuador are the entities that are in charge of the administration and resolution of the users of said canton, with the aim that they feel comfortable and can enjoy a legal life within said canton that is pleasant. This work presents the way in which this GAD works and presents its situation, at the same time recommending some methods so that the weaknesses that were detected in user care are corrected or taken into consideration when making decisions, for GAD authorities, in order to achieve the satisfaction of people who come to resolve any legal situation with their land, payments for basic services administered by the GAD, PARISH OF PIMOCHA. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Los GAD en Ecuador son las entidades que se encargan de la administración y resolución de los usuarios de dicho cantón, con el objetivo de que se sientan cómodos y puedan disfrutar de una vida legal dentro de dicho cantón que sea agradable. El presente trabajo nos presenta la forma en la que este GAD trabaja y presenta su situación, a la vez recomendar algunos métodos para que las debilidades que se detectaron en la atención al usuario sean corregidas o tomadas en consideración a la hora de tomar decisiones, por las autoridades del GAD, a fin de lograr la satisfacción de las personas que se acercan a resolver alguna situación legal con sus terrenos, pagos de servicios básicos que administra el GAD, PARROQUIAL DE PIMOCHA. | es_ES |
