| dc.description | The purpose of this research was to be able to gather information and at the same time help from the technical-agricultural point of view to the producers of cocoa cultivation in Ecuador, in order to provide possible solutions regarding the integrated management of the bed bug in the crop, During this research it was observed that the implementation of integrated pest management was not carried out in an adequate, efficient and technical way, which led to a considerable decline at harvest time, which ends up resulting in economic losses, the same which in turn are reflected in the producer's production costs, for that reason this bibliographic research tries to provide an organized approach to the integrated management of the bed bug and thus be able to cope with the demands received by the cocoa industries. Observing the national and global importance of this crop, at the end of this bibliographic research it was recommended to hold field days with the producers, talks about pest control, links with the community and undergraduate thesis in order to improve as much as possible the problem raised. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación tuvo como finalidad poder recabar información y a su vez ayudar desde el punto de vista técnico-agrícola a los productores de cultivo de cacao en el Ecuador , con el fin de dar posibles soluciones en cuanto al manejo de integrado del chinche en el cultivo, durante esta investigación se observó que la realización del manejo integrado de plaga no es realizada de una forma adecuada, eficaz y técnica por lo cual con llevaba a una merma considerable en el momento de la cosecha, lo cual termina resultando como pérdidas económicas, las mismas que a su vez se ven reflejadas en los costos de producción del productor, por esa razón esta investigación bibliográfica trata de brindar un enfoque organizado del manejo integrado del chinche y así poder de esta manera sobrellevar las demandas recibidas por parte de las industrias cacaoteras Observando la importancia a nivel nacional y mundial de este cultivo, al finalizar esta investigación bibliográfica se recomendó realizar días de campo con los productores, charlas sobre control de plagas, vínculos con la colectividad y tesis de pregrado para así mejorar en lo posible la problemática planteada. s. | es_ES |
