dc.descriptionThe work environment is one of the most important aspects of the company, we can define it as a series of social and psychological conditions that represent the characteristics of the organization and directly affect the performance of employees. Therefore, when the work environment allows people to develop and increase their confidence, it is appropriate; In addition to motivating them to develop emotions, it also improves the satisfaction and commitment of employees with the institution during the development of activities. Within the organization, there must be an orderly environment to properly guide and motivate each member, and to cultivate positive employees. The present case study called “Labor Climate of the Tropimotors store, Babahoyo branch” set out as an objective to identify how the working climate affects the employees of the business; as well as analyzing the direct effect it has when carrying out daily tasks in the different areas, the performance of its employees and the productivity of the company. The existing problems in the Tropimotors store, Babahoyo branch, were raised based on the work environment, the same that are evident in the development. The descriptive and analytical research methods which allowed obtaining the necessary information, the techniques and instruments used to collect information were: an interview and surveys, which helped in obtaining results that allowed to reach a general conclusion of the present case study, the same one that was supported by bibliographic references that helped to understand the depth of this research.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl clima laboral es uno de los aspectos más importantes de la empresa podemos definirlo como una serie de condiciones sociales y psicológicas que representan las características de la organización y afectan directamente el desempeño de los empleados. Por tanto, cuando el clima laboral permite que las personas desarrollen y aumenten su confianza, es apropiado; además de motivarlas a desarrollar emociones, también mejora la satisfacción y el compromiso de los empleados con la institución durante el desarrollo de las actividades. Dentro de la organización, debe haber un ambiente ordenado para guiar y motivar adecuadamente a cada miembro, y cultivar empleados positivos. El presente caso de estudio denominado “Clima Laboral de la tienda Tropimotors, sucursal de Babahoyo” se planteó como objetivo identificar cómo afecta el clima laboral entre los empleados del negocio; así como también analizar el efecto directo que tiene al momento de realizar las labores diarias en las diferentes áreas, el desempeño de sus empleados y la productividad de la empresa. Se plantearon las problemáticas existentes en la tienda Tropimotors, sucursal de Babahoyo en base al clima laboral, las mismas que se evidencian en el desarrollo. Los método de investigación el descriptivo y analítico los cuales permitieron la obtención de la información necesaria, las técnicas e instrumentos utilizadas para recopilar información fueron: una entrevista y encuestas, los cuales ayudaron en la obtención de resultados que permitieron llegar a una conclusión general del presente caso de estudio, el mismo que se apoyó con referencias bibliográficas que ayudaron a entender la profundidad de esta investigación.es_ES
