| dc.description | The company Autopartes "MB" from the city of Quevedo has weaknesses in inventory management due to inadequate administrative management carried out by the human talent of the organization. The objective of the research is to analyze the inventory management of the company “Autopartes MB and the influence it has on decision-making by the directors of the institution. The methodology is made up of deductive and inductive methods, which allowed the particular analysis of the consequences generated by inadequate inventory management; The types of research are field and documentary, while the techniques used are interview and direct observation, which made it possible to identify the main findings in the inventory control of the company “Autopartes MB”. The results of the investigation are: the administration does not have an inventory system that allows automating internal procedures, the registration of goods is executed through the Office Excel tool, the physical space to store the goods is limited and the talent Human does not have administrative and accounting competencies, document management is scattered, there are no technological tools that allow information to be centralized and the products with the highest and lowest turnover are unknown. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La empresa Autopartes “MB” de la ciudad de Quevedo tiene debilidades en el manejo del inventario debido a la inadecuada gestión administrativa que ejecuta el talento humano de la organización. El objetivo de la investigación consiste en analizar la gestión del inventario de la empresa “Autopartes MB y la influencia que posee en la toma de decisiones por parte de los directivos de la institución. La metodología está conformada por los métodos deductivo e inductivo, los cuales permitieron el análisis particular de las consecuencias que genera la gestión inadecuada del inventario; los tipos de investigación son de campo y documental, mientras que las técnicas utilizadas son entrevista y observación directa, que hicieron factible la identificación de los principales hallazgos en el control del inventario de la empresa “Autopartes MB”. Los resultados de la investigación son: la administración no posee un sistema de inventario que permita automatizar los procedimientos internos, el registro de los bienes se ejecuta a través de la herramienta de Office Excel, el espacio físico para almacenar los bienes es reducido y el talento humano no cuenta con competencias administrativas y contables, la gestión documental es dispersa, no existen herramientas tecnológicas que permitan centralizar la información y se desconocen cuáles son los productos de mayor y menor rotación. | es_ES |
