dc.descriptionThe present investigation was carried out at the CenterTech-PC company of the Canton Montalvo dedicated to the retail sale of telecommunications equipment, laptops, cell phones, peripheral accessories, it also offers repair and maintenance services. The objective of the case study is to know the problems concerning sales management since they present factors that negatively affect the company, due to the fact that sales processes are not established, the staff is not properly trained to be able to offer a good customer service and therefore failing to generate interest in making a purchase in the establishment. Through the qualitative method, information can be obtained to analyze it and describe in detail the situations of the raised issue. For this reason, the techniques of surveys directed towards the personnel and the interview towards the owner manager of CenterTech-PC were used, in which the following results were obtained, there is more and more competition and the establishment does not have products that differentiate them of the rest, it does not create strategies to be able to capture the customer's attention and therefore its goals are not defined. Which indicates that these factors influence the decrease in sales.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se llevó a cabo en la empresa CenterTech-PC del Cantón Montalvo dedicada a la venta al por menor de equipos de telecomunicaciones, laptops, celulares, accesorios periféricos, también ofrece servicios de reparación y mantenimiento. El objetivo del caso de estudio es conocer los problemas concernientes a la gestión de ventas ya que presentan factores que afectan de manera negativa a la empresa, debido a que no se establecen procesos de ventas, el personal no está debidamente capacitado para poder ofrecer un buen servicio al consumidor y por lo tanto no lograr generar el interés de realizar una compra en el establecimiento. Mediante el método cualitativo se puede obtener la información para analizarla y describir a detalle las situaciones del tema planteado. Por tal razón, se utilizó las técnicas de encuestas dirigidas hacia el personal y la entrevista hacia el gerente propietario de CenterTech-PC, en el cual se obtuvo los siguientes resultados, Cada vez existe más competencia y el establecimiento no cuenta con productos que los diferencie del resto, no crea estrategias para poder captar la atención del cliente y por lo tanto sus metas no están definidas.es_ES
