dc.description | Hypertension is a chronic disease that generally affects one third of the adult population and causes various clinical complications such as heart failure or diabetes mellitus, which significantly affect the state of health and quality of life of people diagnosed with hypertension. For this reason, the realization of this clinical study analyzed a 48-year-old female patient with hypertension and type II obesity, which presents the following manifestations: gastric problems, depression, headaches, abundant menstrual flow and ventral hernia as a consequence of the multiple pregnancies and cesarean delivery she has had. The objective of the clinical case is to carry out a nutritional assessment of the patient to identify her nutritional needs in order to allow the establishment of nutritional plans that contribute to improving her state of health and lifestyles. The results of the investigation determined that the patient had an inadequate food intake that caused her weight to increase and caused clinical complications, in addition, due to the consumption of drugs such as Neuropas and Keterolac, due to her depression, they caused the appearance of stress that affected her state of Health. As conclusions, based on the diagnosis of nutritional assessment carried out on the patient, the treatment to be carried out was determined, which was a food plan that covers their nutritional needs and helps them improve their health conditions, in addition to the establishment of follow-up and monitoring where they determine significant progress in improving your lifestyle. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La hipertensión es una enfermedad crónica que ataca por lo general a un tercio de la población adulta y ocasiona diversas complicaciones clínicas como insuficiencia cardiaca o diabetes mellitus, que afectan de manera significativa al estado de salud y calidad de vida de las personas diagnosticadas con hipertensión, por tal razón la realización del presente estudio clínico analizó a un paciente femenino de 48 años de edad con hipertensión y obesidad tipo II, la cual presenta las siguientes manifestaciones: problemas gástricos, depresión, dolores de cabeza, flujo menstrual abundante y hernia ventral como consecuencia de los múltiples embarazos y cesarías que ha tenido. El objetivo del caso clínico es realizar una valoración nutricional a la paciente para identificar sus necesidades alimentarias con el propósito de que permitan establecer planes nutricionales que contribuyan a mejorar su estado de salud y estilos de vida. Los resultados de la investigación determinaron que la paciente tenía una ingesta alimentaria inadecuada que provocó el aumento de su peso y ocasionó complicaciones clínicas, además, por el consumo de medicamentos como Neuropas y Keterolaco por su depresión causaron la aparición de estrés que afectaron su estado de salud. Como conclusiones en base al diagnosticó de valoración nutricional efectuado a la paciente se determinó el tratamiento a realizar, el cual fue un plan alimentario que cubran sus necesidades nutricionales y le ayuden a mejorar sus condiciones de salud, además del establecimiento de seguimiento y monitoreo donde determine avances significativos en la mejora de su estilo de vida. | es_ES |
