| dc.description | This case study deals with the problem generated within the Hcda payroll department. San Luis in relation to the organization of archives because they do not have appropriate techniques, thus generating organized spaces with relevant and coherent information on document management. For the preparation of this study, techniques such as observation and interviews were used to determine the causes that generate the problem itself, using instruments such as an observation sheet and a questionnaire that is easy for the interviewee to understand. Thanks to the results obtained, it was possible to verify that it is urgent that the department has tools that help to keep control of all the information that is manipulated, which must be relevant, discarding what has already completed its life cycle and the only thing that generates is the reduction of space. It was shown that by applying the document retention table, it helps to keep track and determine which documents should be removed. | dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso trata sobre el problema que se genera dentro del departamento de nómina de la Hcda. San Luis en relación a la organización de los archivos debido a que no cuentan con técnicas que apropiadas generando de este modo espacios organizados con información relevante y coherente sobre la gestión documental. Para la elaboración de este estudio se acudió a técnicas como la observación y la entrevista para determinar las causas que generan el problema en sí, utilizando instrumentos como una ficha de observación y un cuestionario de fácil comprensión para el entrevistado. Gracias los resultados obtenidos se pudo constatar que es urgente que entro del departamento se cuente con herramientas que ayuden a llevar el control de toda la información que se manipula, la cual debe ser relevante, descartando aquello que ya cumplió su ciclo de vida y lo único que genera es la reducción de espacio. Se demostró que al aplicar la tabla de retención documental, esta ayuda a llevar un control y determinar cuáles son los documentos a los que se les debe dar de baja.
