| dc.description | The present case study is focused on strategic communication and its contribution to the administrative culture of a secretary. This research work was carried out through a descriptive investigation which will lead us to know the characteristics of the variables to be investigated and thus know the communication development and administrative culture of the secretary. In this way, it was applied as an instrument to the survey carried out to the secretary of the coordination of the Bilingual Executive Secretariat Career of the Faculty of Legal, Social and Education Sciences of the Technical University of Babahoyo in order to know how is the development and the culture of the secretary in the workplace. At present, the secretary as the main image of a company or organization must attend teaching courses to obtain knowledge and put into practice the processes of strategic communication and administrative culture. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso está enfocado en la comunicación estratégica y su contribución en la cultura administrativa de una secretaria. Este trabajo de investigación se lo realizo mediante una investigación descriptiva el cual nos permitió conocer las características de las variables a investigar y así conocer el desarrollo comunicativo y la cultura administrativa de la secretaria. De tal manera se aplicó como instrumento a la encuesta realizada a la secretaria de la coordinación de la Carrera De Secretariado Ejecutivo Bilingüe De La Facultad De Ciencias Jurídicas, Sociales Y De La Educación De La Universidad Técnica De Babahoyo para así conocer como es el desenvolvimiento y la cultura de la secretaria en el ámbito laboral. En la actualidad la secretaria como imagen principal de una empresa u organización deberá acudir a cursos de enseñanzas para obtener conocimientos y poner en práctica los procesos de la comunicación estratégica y la cultura administrativa. La comunicación estratégica es una de las fuentes primordiales que debería practicar la secretaria para que al momento de emitir un comunicado logre que el receptor lo entienda de manera clara, por lo tanto, la secretaria deberá mostrar ante los demás ya sean compañeros, jefes o clientes el buen comportamiento o como lo conocemos la cultura o forma de actuar que debe manejar dentro de la organización. | es_ES |
