dc.description | This case study starts from reality, revealing the deficiencies of the secretaries in their multiple functions to perform in EMSABA EP, the purpose of this research is to investigate what is the cause that produces this situation, in this case study The descriptive model was used, providing quantitative data that will help me describe what are the reasons that would cause the lack of a good performance within their tasks, to comply with the information developed, the inductive method and the scale survey technique were used of Liker, based on a question form applying it to all his secretaries where they proceeded to collect and study the data obtained and in such a way highlight the existing problem. In the research carried out, the result was to tend to improve performance, since at present the new profile of secretaries must have great flexibility in order to adjust to different functions. Therefore, it is concluded to apply immediate solutions to the problems detected, through: development of administrative management programs. Proposing from the deduction of the results, which was obtained from this research is to implement training plans based on the improvement of their work activities. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso parte de la realidad, dando a conocer las deficiencias de las secretarias en sus múltiples funciones a desempeñar en EMSABA EP, el propósito de esta investigación es de indagar cual es la causa que produce dicha situación, en este estudio de caso se utilizó el modelo descriptivo, brindando datos cuantitativos que me ayudarán a describir cuales son los motivos que causaría la falta de un buen desempeño dentro de sus tareas, para cumplir con la información desarrollada se utilizó el método inductivo y la técnica de encuesta de la escala de Likert, basándome en un formulario de preguntas aplicándolo en todas sus secretarias donde se procedió a reunir y a estudiar los datos obtenidos y de tal manera destacar el problema existente. En la investigación realizada dio como resultado, propender a mejorar el desempeño, ya que en la actualidad el nuevo perfil de las secretarias debe tener una gran flexibilidad a fin de ajustase a diferentes funciones. Por lo tanto, se llega a la conclusión de aplicar, soluciones inmediatas a las problemáticas detectadas, mediante: desarrollo de programas de gestión administrativas. Proponiendo desde la deducción de los resultados, que se obtuvo de esta investigación es de implementar planes de capacitación basados en el mejoramiento de sus actividades labores. | es_ES |
