dc.descriptionThe following case study aims to discover the effect of teleworking and how it affects the labor productivity of the secretary of the human talent departen. Teleworking has a professional style and is promoted and put into operation worldwide due to the emergency situation that occurs, it is a tactic to ensure that the operation of the institution is not affected and interrupted by the pandemic, however, The purpose is to determine the consequence that is generated when using this work tool. The aforementioned case study uses the descriptive research model, because it explains and details the situation that is generated according to the problems encountered because of using teleworking in secretaries, on the other hand, the inductive methodology is used since the survey process was executed; A form was prepared that has multiple questions regarding the research topic, in order to gather information and conclude the case study. According to the information acquired in the development of the research, it is found that maintaining adequate training about virtual instruments facilitates knowing the use, advantages and disadvantages provided by this professional tool, known in the workplace as teleworking, having as benefits the productivity of secretaries in various work areas.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl siguiente estudio de caso pretende descubrir el efecto que produce el uso del teletrabajo y de qué manera incide en la productividad laboral de la secretaria del departamento de talento humano. El Teletrabajo tiene un estilo profesional y se encuentra impulsada y puesta en funcionamiento a nivel mundial debido a la situación de emergencia que acontece, es una táctica de procurar que el funcionamiento de la institución no se vea afectada e interrumpida por la pandemia, sin embargo, se tiene como finalidad determinar la consecuencia que se genera al utilizar esta herramienta laboral. El mencionado estudio de caso emplea el modelo de investigación descriptivo, debido a que explica y detalla la situación que se genera de acuerdo a la problemática encontrada a causa de emplear el teletrabajo en las secretarias, por otra parte, se usa la metodología inductiva puesto que se ejecutó el proceso de encuesta; se dispuso la realización de un formulario que cuenta con múltiples preguntas referente al tema de investigación, para de esa manera reunir información y concluir el estudio de caso. De acuerdo a la información adquirida en el desarrollo de la investigación se constata que mantener la capacitación adecuada acerca de instrumentos virtuales facilita conocer el uso, ventajas y desventajas que proporciona esta herramienta profesional, conocida en el ámbito laboral como teletrabajo teniendo como beneficios la productividad de las secretarias en diversas áreas de trabajo.es_ES
