| dc.description | This project aimed to carry out a feasibility study for the implementation of an ecological hostel with quality services in Quevedo. Employing a micro evaluation, the current state of tourism was identified and the current situation of the operation of tourist establishments was analysed, where fallacies were detected in the services offered to tourists. A problem that Quevedo still has is that despite having excellent commercial activity and the financing of businessmen who have decided to invest in the city because of its economic development, it lacks a tourist promotion and publicity that would enhance this sector. The implementation of an ecological hostel with quality services will influence the economic and social development of the canton since, with its environmentally friendly infrastructure many tourists will choose this site as an option for vacationing and so they will also be able to know a little more of Quevedo. Likewise, excellent service should be provided to people so that they can feel satisfied and decide to return to the city. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto tuvo como finalidad realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de una hostería ecológica con servicios de calidad, en Quevedo, por medio de una evaluación micro se logró identificar el estado actual del turismo y se analizó la situación actual del funcionamiento de los establecimientos turísticos donde se detectaron falacias en los servicios que se brindan al turista de este modo, surgieron propuestas para la mejora de estas y el correcto desarrollo de futuros productos turísticos. Una problemática que aún posee Quevedo es que a pesar de contar con una excelente actividad comercial y con el financiamiento de empresarios que han decidido invertir en la ciudad por su desarrollo económico carece de una promoción y publicidad turística que potencialice este sector. La implementación de una hostería ecológica con servicios de calidad va a influir al desarrollo económico y social del cantón ya que, con su infraestructura amigable con el medio ambiente muchos turistas optaran por elegir este sitio como una opción para vacacionar y así también podrán conocer un poco más de Quevedo, así mismo se debe dar un excelente servicio a las personas para que puedan sentirse satisfechos y decidan volver a la ciudad. | es_ES |
