Accesibilidad y su incidencia en el desarrollo turístico de La Poza de los Pachacos en la Parroquia Esmeraldas, cantón Montalvo

| dc.description | The objective of this work is to analyze the importance of accessibility in the natural resource ¨Poza de los Pachacos¨, located in the rural parish La Esmeralda, Montalvo canton, it seeks to explain the basic concepts of accessibility in tourism, which will have a more specific focus on accessibility such as access routes and accessibility for disabled people. In this case study, three types of research were used: descriptive, exploratory and diagnostic. Descriptive research allowed to gather all the natural characteristics of the ¨Poza los Pachacos¨, the exploratory was based more on the search for projects in which accessibility has been key to the potentialization of a natural resource and finally the diagnosis allowed to analyze all the data collected to better understand the importance of accessibility in tourism. Surveys were also applied to the rural community of the Montalvo canton to measure their degree of knowledge about accessibility and how this could provide a great benefit to the use and optimization of the natural resource they have. Pleasant results were obtained, one of them the high interest of people in knowing how to enhance the Natural resource ¨La Poza de los Pachacos¨ and implement access roads around it. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la importancia de la accesibilidad en el recurso natural ¨Poza de los Pachachos¨, ubicado en la parroquia rural La Esmeralda, cantón Montalvo, se busca explicar los conceptos básicos de la accesibilidad en el turismo, los cuales tendrán un enfoque más específico en la accesibilidad como vías de acceso y accesibilidad para personas discapacitadas. En este estudio de caso se utilizó tres tipos de investigaciones, la descriptiva, exploratoria y diagnostica, la investigación descriptiva permitió reunir todos las características naturales de la ¨Poza los Pachacos¨, la exploratoria se fundamentó más en la búsqueda de proyectos en los cuales la accesibilidad haya sido clave para la potencialización de un recurso natural y por último la diagnostica que permitió analizar todos los datos recopilados para dar a entender mejor la importancia de la accesibilidad en el turismo. También se aplicó encuestas a la comunidad rural del cantón Montalvo para medir su grado de conocimiento acerca de la accesibilidad y como esta podría aportar un gran beneficio a la utilización y optimización del recurso natural con el que cuentan. Se obtuvo gratos resultados, uno de ellos el alto interés de las personas en saber cómo potenciar el recurso Natural la ¨La Poza de los Pachachos¨ e implementar vías de acceso alrededor del mismo. | es_ES |
