| dc.description | The present investigative work focuses on studying the tourist situational diagnosis of the city of Ventanas, since the citizens do not know places, projects, and other factors that help the tourist growth of the town. To collect the information, this study was base don the analytical and observational method through a general analysis of what happens in the city of Ventanas focused on the tourist environment through documented and diagnostic research base don the survey and observation, same that helped determine the current tourism situation. Determining that citizens must be informed of new tourist events that occur in the city through social networks, new, radio, flyers and others. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo se centra en realizar el diagnóstico situacional turístico de la ciudad de Ventanas, ya que la ciudadanía desconoce lugares, proyectos, y demás factores que ayudan al crecimiento turístico de la localidad. Para el levantamiento de la información este estudio se basó en el método analítico y de observación a través de un análisis general de lo que sucede en la ciudad Ventanas enfocada al entorno turístico por medio de la investigación documentada y diagnóstica basada en la encuesta, misma que ayudó a determinar la situación actual turística. Determinando que se debe informar a la ciudadanía de los nuevos acontecimientos turísticos que se da en la ciudad mediante redes sociales, noticias, radios, volantes y demás. | es_ES |
