| dc.description | In this case study, Anxiety Disorder and the characteristics of a person diagnosed with Covid-19 will be treated, with the general objective of providing strategies and techniques to improve their state of anxiety. To carry out the diagnosis, it was carried out through the application of psychometric batteries that help to assess and give weight in the research such as the Hamilton test that measures anxiety, followed by techniques such as the interview, semi-structured interview, the medical history. The most affected areas were the cognitive and behavioral areas, making the affective area, thinking and the somatic area not reflected, but within the two areas mentioned above, a relationship is made with them where it is evident that the one is causing the other area. A psychotherapeutic goal is established, after those goals were met an improvement in the patient's behavior is seen, thus reducing thoughts of guilt and fear, evidenced that the anxiety disorder with the Hamilton test reaching the conclusion that he has mild anxiety. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En este estudio de caso se tratará el Trastorno de ansiedad y las características de una persona diagnosticada por Covid-19 teniendo como objetivo general brindarle estrategias, técnicas para mejorar su estado de ansiedad. Para realizar el diagnostico se llevó a cabo mediante la aplicación de baterías psicometrías que ayudan a valorar y a dar peso en la investigación tales como test de Hamilton que mide la ansiedad, seguido de las técnicas como la entrevista, entrevista semiestructurada, la historia clínica. Las áreas más afectadas fueron la cognitiva y la conductual haciendo que el área afectiva, pensamiento y el área somática no se ven reflejado, pero dentro de las dos áreas mencionas anteriormente, se hace una relación con ellas en donde se evidencia que la una está provocando la otra área. Se establece una meta psicoterapéutica, después de que aquellas metas fueron cumplidas se ve una mejora en la conducta del paciente logrando así reducir los pensamientos de culpa y miedo evidenciado que el trastorno de ansiedad con el test de Hamilton llegando a la conclusión que tiene ansiedad leve. | es_ES |
