| dc.description | This case study has as topic: social anxiety and its influence on the family system of an adolescent and as objective to demonstrate how social anxiety influences the family system. For the elaboration of the diagnosis, several instruments of psychodiagnostic evaluation were used, being these the following: clinical history, the Liebowitz social anxiety scale test (LSAS) and the Self-esteem scale test. The analysis of the same one could corroborate to demonstrate that this problem of anxiety if it has influence in the familiar system. Within the case, it was possible to evidence that the affected areas were the affective and the social-behavioral, due to this, it was proceeded to apply the appropriate techniques as cognitive-behavioral techniques which were directed to the improvement of the patient according to the required aspects. Once the treatment was completed, it was possible to evidence the significant improvement in the emotional state, such as self-esteem and the reduction of the symptoms of social anxiety suffered by the patient, thus improving her interpersonal relations both with the community and with her family. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso tiene como problema: ansiedad social y su influencia en el sistema familiar de una adolescente y como objetivo demostrar como la ansiedad social influye en el sistema familiar. Para la elaboración del diagnóstico se procedió a la utilización de varios instrumentos de valoración psicodiagnóstica siendo estas las siguientes: entrevista semi-estructurada, historia clínica, el test de escala de ansiedad social de Liebowitz (LSAS) y el test de escala de Autoestima. El análisis del mismo pudo corroborar para demostrar que este problema de ansiedad si tiene influencia en el sistema familiar. Dentro del caso se pudo evidenciar que las áreas afectadas fueron el afectivo y el socio-comportamental, debido a esto se procedió aplicar las técnicas adecuadas como fueron técnicas cognitivo conductuales las mismas que estuvieron encaminadas para la mejoría de la paciente según los aspectos requeridos. Una vez culminado el tratamiento se pudo evidenciar la mejoría significativa en el estado emocional como fue el autoestima y la reducción de la sintomatología ante la ansiedad social que padece la paciente mejorando así sus relaciones interpersonales tanto con la comunidad como también en su familia. | es_ES |
