dc.descriptionThe case study was carried out with the objective of analyzing the repercussion that cognitive distortions have on the anxiety of a 16-year-old adolescent. For this, theoretical and bibliographic research was used, which helped us to address variables such as: anxiety disorder and the different types of cognitive distortions that exist, given that they are immersed in the exposed subject, with the help of some techniques and the respective therapeutic plan from a cognitive-behavioral approach, the expected results were obtained by helping the patient to improve their quality of life, their social and family environment. The objective of this research helped us to carry out a therapeutic scheme where goals and techniques for the possible reduction of symptoms are exposed. It is necessary to highlight the importance of individual psychological support in educational institutions. Finally, it is recommended that the assessment and follow-up of the adolescents of the institution with more interns in the area of clinical psychology at the Francisco Huerta Rendon Educational Unit continue to improve the behaviors of the students of this prestigious institution.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso se realizó con el objetivo de Analizar la repercusión que tienen las distorsiones cognitivas en la ansiedad de un adolescente de 16 años. Para esto se recurrió a investigaciones teóricas y bibliográficas, las mismas que nos ayudaron a abordar las variables como: trastorno de ansiedad y los diferentes tipos de distorsiones cognitivas que hay, dado que se encuentran inmersas en la temática expuesta, con la ayuda de algunas técnicas y el respectivo plan terapéutico desde un enfoque cognitivo conductual, se logró obtener los resultados esperados ayudando al paciente a mejorar su calidad de vida, su entorno social y familiar. El objetivo de esta investigación nos ayudó a realizar un esquema terapéutico donde se exponen metas y técnicas para la posible reducción de la sintomatología. Es necesario resaltar la importancia del acompañamiento psicológico individual en las instituciones educativas. Para finalizar se recomienda que se continúe con la valoración y seguimiento a los adolescentes de la institución con más pasantes del área de psicología clinica en la Unidad Educativa Francisco Huerta Rendon para el mejoramiento en las conductas de los estudiantes de esta prestigiosa institución.es_ES
