The research base of this case study is manifested in the dynamics of irrational thoughts that intervene to a great extent in people's behavior and in this case in the compulsive behavior that an adult woman maintains, from the health emergency the She has been adopting maladaptive behaviors in her work, family, personal and social environment and, therefore, they have had negative consequences in her life. It is vitally important to identify and above all to analyze the thoughts that are processed in our brain and to discern which are those that create emotional disturbance in order to be able to modify them as it occurs, in addition, to understand what greatly affects behavior They are not the situations that arise but, how do you think of that situation and that due to said thought or belief the behavior or conduct of an additional person arises, that people are able to find alternatives of the generation of new beliefs.es_ES
