dc.descriptionDepression is one of the mood disorders in which symptoms of irritability, sadness, apathy, anhedonia predominates, generating a great negative impact on the development of the cognitive, volitional, physical adolescent, being considered one of the main factors of risk of suicide and one of the most disabling mental illnesses in psychosocial functioning. The present work is a practical case study, a prerequisite for obtaining the title of Clinical Psychologist in the complex examination modality whose line of research is psychological counseling whose subject is depression and its influence on the behavior of an adolescent from 14 years with the general objective of identifying the symptoms of depression and how it influences the behavior of a 14-year-old adolescent in which the signs and symptoms of the problem were evaluated through techniques and psychological tools such as the clinical interview, observation, Clinical history and psychological tests such as Beck's BDI depression test, self-control scale test, projective tests such as HTP detected the findings in the emotional, cognitive, physiological and behavioral areas, facilitating the framing of the presumptive moderate depressive episode diagnosis and the development of the scheme therapeutic with the cognitive behavioral approach using restructuring techniques Cognitive training, relaxation training, self-control therapy in order to decrease symptoms, dysfunctional thoughts, modeling of their behavior and to improve their self-control skills.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa depresión es uno de los trastornos del estado de ánimo en la que predomina síntomas de irritabilidad, tristeza, apatía, anhedonia, generando un gran impacto negativo en el desarrollo del adolescente de tipo cognitivo, volitivo, físico siendo considerado uno de los principales factores de riesgo de suicidio y una de las enfermedades mentales más discapacitante en el funcionamiento psico-social. El presente trabajo es un estudio de caso práctico, requisito previo a la obtención del título de Psicólogo Clínico en la modalidad de examen complexivo que tiene como línea de investigación el asesoramiento psicológico cuyo tema es la depresión y su influencia en la conducta de una adolescente de 14 años teniendo como objetivo general identificar los síntomas de depresión y cómo influye en la conducta de una adolescente 14 años en el que se evalúo los signos y síntomas de la problemática a través de técnicas y herramientas psicológicas tales como la entrevista clínica, la observación, historia clínica y pruebas psicológicas como test BDI de depresión de Beck, test escala de autocontrol, test proyectivos como HTP detectaron los hallazgos en el área emocional, cognitivo, fisiológica y conductual, facilitando al encuadre del diagnóstico presuntivo episodio depresivo moderado y al desarrollo del esquema terapéutico con el enfoque cognitivo conductual mediante las técnicas de reestructuración cognitiva, entrenamiento de relajación, terapia de autocontrol con el fin de disminuir los síntomas, pensamientos disfuncionales el modelamiento de su conducta y al mejoramiento de sus habilidades de autocontrol.es_ES
