As a proposal, a psychotherapeutic plan will be given through passive relaxation therapy, through the course of 5 sessions, to reduce anxiety levels to be able to bring about any situation and create an adequate environment for the proper use of activities other than those that are Get used to it, taking into account their time for classes and homework.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio dispone el objetivo de determinar la influencia de las redes sociales en el bienestar emocional de un adolescente de una unidad educativa del cantón Quevedo del 2020, por las normativas del Ecuador sobre la pandemia del covib-19 este análisis fue realizado al paciente con la ayuda de medios digitales como la telecomunicación, para evaluar se usó técnicas para el estudio como la observación, la entrevista, historia clínica del adolescente y el Cuestionario para adolescentes uso de las redes sociales, donde se pudo encontrar que el paciente manifiesta que le cuesta concentrase en las clases, no entiende los deberes, tristeza, irritabilidad, no le place hacer ninguna actividad, Pensamientos negativos, poco o casi nula comunicación con sus compañeros (Aislamiento social), Tiene problemas para concebir el sueño y hay días que no duerme insomnio y ansiedad, el paciente si colaboró con la intervención psicológica, teniendo como resultado un trastorno mixto ansioso-depresivo, se determinó que el paciente de pasa por un trastorno mixto ansioso-depresivo, por lo que los síntomas que presentan de la depresión como los de la ansiedad no son lo suficiente claro como para diagnosticarse por separados, pues no cumplen toda la categoría de síntomas. Como propuesta se dará un plan psicoterapéutico por medio de la terapia de relajación pasiva, mediante el transcurso de 5 sesiones, disminuir niveles de ansiedad para poder acarrear ante cualquier situación y crear un ambiente adecuado para el buen uso de las actividades diferentes a las que está acostumbrad, tomando en cuenta su tiempo de recibir clases y realización de deberes.es_ES
