Francisco Xavier de Garaicoa "from the Canton San Jacinto de Yaguachi, for which different psychodiagnostic techniques were used such as interview, observation, job stress questionnaire, total health test, Beck anxiety inventory and job stress evaluation inventory" Burnout; with which it was possible to identify that the main prejudice detected was towards virtual education at the beginning of its implementation due to ignorance of the management of platforms for the teaching-learning process, which is why training in training was recommended as a therapeutic plan. problem solving for the teaching staff, while for the case study patient due to symptoms related to generalized anxiety disorder, cognitive behavioral therapy and relaxation techniques were recommended so that she can handle stressful situations. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se centra en determinar la influencia que tienen los prejuicios en el estrés laboral docente del personal de la Escuela de Educación Básica “Mons. Francisco Xavier de Garaicoa” del Cantón San Jacinto de Yaguachi, para lo cual se utilizaron diferentes técnicas del psicodiagnóstico tales como entrevista, observación, cuestionario de estrés laboral, test de salud total, inventario de ansiedad de Beck e inventario para evaluación de estrés laboral “Burnout; con los cuales se pudo identificar que el principal prejuicio detectado fue hacia la educación virtual en el inicio de su implementación por el desconocimiento del manejo de las plataformas para el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje , es por ello que se recomendó como plan terapéutico el entrenamiento en solución de problemas para el personal docente, mientras que para la paciente caso de estudio por presentar síntomas relacionados al trastorno de ansiedad generalizada se recomendó la terapia cognitiva conductual y la técnica de relajación para que pueda manejar situaciones de tensión. | es_ES |
