| dc.description | This present research work with the topic "ANXIETY AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE WORK PERFORMANCE OF A WORKER AT THE ALFREDO NOBOA MONTENEGRO DE GUARANDA HOSPITAL (BOLÍVAR) IN THE TIME OF COVID-19" in order to identify the level of anxiety that the patient presents so that he can develop in a better way in his work, on the other hand, all the information collected has been through psychological instruments such as the interview, medical history and anxiety test (Hamilton). The results that were achieved are similar to the problem raised, in this way I can reach a final diagnosis of the patient with mild anxiety, which has caused problems to function normally, a therapeutic scheme was used so that thus the identified patient can improve his life condition. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En este presente trabajo de investigación con el tema “ ANSIEDAD Y SU INFLUENCIA EN EL DESEMPEÑO LABORAL DE UN TRABAJADOR DEL HOSPITAL ALFREDO NOBOA MONTENEGRO DE GUARANDA (BOLÍVAR) EN ÉPOCA DE COVID-19” con el fin de poder identificar cual es el nivel de ansiedad que presenta el paciente para que pueda desarrollarse de una mejor manera en su trabajo, por otro lado toda la información recabada ha sido por medio de los instrumentos psicológicos como son, la entrevista, historia clínica y test de ansiedad (Hamilton). Los resultados que se lograron obtener tienen semejanza con la problemática planteada, de esta forma se puedo llegar a una diagnostico final del paciente que presenta una ansiedad leve, lo que le ha generado problemas para desempeñarse de forma normal, se utilizó un esquema terapéutico para que así el paciente identificado pueda mejorar su condición de vida. | es_ES |
