The primary objective of this research is to analyze the use of the virtual platforms Facebook and Instagram as advertising guidelines for any type of micro-business and whether they are capable of continuously generating cash according to their constant use, predilections and stimulations that they make to people Being users of these social networks aims to justify the reasons why users follow the most important brand profiles in order to carry out successful advertising campaigns and to improve the image of companies using these platforms. . dc.description.abstractEl siguiente estudio nace por el interés de conocer más sobre el uso de las plataformas virtuales como Facebook e Instagram y como aportan al comerciante en realizar pautas publicitarias para utilizarlas como una herramienta efectiva en las actividades de marketing, permitiendo comunicarse a través de fotos y videos de corta duración con los internautas que son los posibles compradores de cualquier mercadería que se esté mostrando. El crecimiento que han tenido ha sido alto en el último tiempo y al poco conocimiento sobre el potencial que estas plataformas poseen, es que se pretende indagar la importancia que tienen estas Redes Sociales, el uso que se le puede dar y el alcance que pueden llegar a tener si son utilizadas eficientemente por las empresas. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo primordial analizar el uso de las plataformas virtuales Facebook e Instagram como pautas publicitarias de cualquier tipo de microempresa y si son capaces de generar efectivo de manera continua de acuerdo a su uso constante, las predilecciones y estimulaciones que hacen a las personas ser usuarias de estas redes sociales pretende justificar los motivos por los cuales los usuarios siguen los perfiles de marcas más importantes con el fin de que realicen campañas publicitarias exitosas y para mejorar la imagen de las empresas utilizando estas plataformas. La muestra para realizar la encuesta use tecnología online una calculadora muestral para que se haga más fácil obtener la muestra de los 85 personas que se extrajeron de ambas redes sociales dando como resultado una muestra de setenta personas a quienes nos sorprendieron con sus respuestas, que las redes sociales pueden dar mucho a los internautas solo hay que saber buscar lo que se desea, saber el precio del pedido y su entrega, todo a través de mensajes o correos.
