Through the use of an explanatory and descriptive methodology, using the observation sheet as a research tool, it was found that the memes that have a higher acceptance rate are those that have funny representations such as: The can of a tuna with rice inside asking to the community who did not eat that way, or the image of a leaky can, used mainly to take the rice from the sacks or sacks, for their part the news of local and national relevance are not of much interest mainly because they are repostees of highly accepted media such as El Comercio, El Universo and Ecuavisa. It is advisable that, as it is a local medium, it has more information on Vinces, providing the reader with a space to learn about local events and the development of citizens, not only during the Covid-19 pandemic, but also as an axis for the social development of the city.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa pandemia Covid-19, ha dejado un legado de cambios, no solo en el aspecto de la salud, sino también en otros sectores como los económicos, políticos, sociales y en la comunicación, es ahí donde se centra el presente caso de estudio el mismo que tiene como finalidad analizar los medios de comunicación propios en el Cantón Vinces, tomando como muestra el medio digital Paris Chiquito Tv., y Paris Chiquito Tv canal 6, para constatar el tipo de información expuesta durante el segundo trimestre del 2020. Mediante la utilización de una metodología explicativa y descriptiva, utilizando como herramienta de investigación la ficha de observación, se pudo constatar que los memes que tienen un mayor índice de aceptación son aquellos que poseen representaciones graciosas como: La lata de un atún con arroz adentro preguntando a la comunidad quien no comió de esa forma, o la imagen de una lata agujereada, empleada principalmente para coger el arroz de los costalillos o sacos, por su parte las noticias de relevancia local y nacional no son de demasiado interés principalmente porque son repostees de medios altamente aceptados como El Comercio, El Universo y Ecuavisa. Es aconsejable que, al tratarse de un medio local, este posee más información de Vinces, brindando al lecto un espacio para conocer el acontecer local y el desenvolvimiento de la ciudadanía, no únicamente durante la pandemia Covid-19, sino también como un eje para el desarrollo social de la ciudad.es_ES
