dc.descriptionThese outage management systems help to have better control of customers and the entire company, they also facilitate the work of ISP administrators since this system allows us to make configurations easily and dynamically. SMARTISP is a powerful software that allows you to manage clients that have ISPs or WISPs, with accounting functions that offers the ability to integrate Mikrotik routers, it also allows you to manage registrations and cancellations, suspend clients for non-payment. In this case study we seek to analyze the different incidents that our management system has, we will also provide optimal solutions for policies and security standards which serve to govern a good operation. The most common incidence that the system has is that it does not activate the service correctly, that is, the system activates the service, but the client has his service deactivated and the owner manager of the company would have to restart the CPE (Local Equipment the client's). The system also allows entering or saving two identical IPs to different computers, for which this leads to an IP Address conflict, which makes the internet not stable and causes the network to fall.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEstos sistemas de gestión de cortes del servicio ayudan a tener un mejor control de los clientes y de toda la empresa, también facilitan el trabajo a los administradores de las ISP ya que este sistema nos permite realizar configuraciones de manera fácil y dinámica. SMARTISP es un potente software que permite administrar los clientes que tienen las ISP o WISP, con funciones de contabilidad que brinda la capacidad de integrar routers Mikrotik, también permite administrar las altas y bajas, suspender clientes por falta de pago. Este estudio de caso buscamos analizar las diferentes incidencias que tiene nuestro sistema de gestión, también daremos soluciones optimas de políticas y estándares de seguridad los cuales sirven para regir un buen funcionamiento. La incidencia más común que tiene el sistema es que no hace la activación del servicio correctamente es decir que el sistema activa el servicio, pero, el cliente cuenta con su servicio desactivado y el gerente propietario de la empresa tendría que reiniciar el CPE (Equipo Local del Cliente). También el sistema permite ingresar o guardar dos IP iguales a diferentes equipos por lo cual esto lleva a cabo un conflicto de Direcciones IP, eso hace que el internet no este estable y provoca la caída de la red.es_ES
