dc.descriptionThe present work shows a diagnostic study of the use of basic computer tools in schools for special children, in the City of Babahoyo. The tics are an effective means, which, if used in the educational field, can help teachers who work in the early stimulation of special children. The methodology that was carried out in this research is qualitative, the interview instrument was used whose objective was to know if there is a high percentage of use of computer tools in Specialized Institutions, as a result it was obtained that said Institutions are trying to implement computer and internet access; However, there were low indicators in relation to the continuity of use of these computer tools in students with a special disability since they have presented problems in handling them because they did not have specialized hardware and software taking into account that not all disabilities are handled the same.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo muestra un estudio de diagnóstico del uso de herramientas informáticas básicas en escuelas para niños especiales, en la Ciudad de Babahoyo. Las tics son un medio eficaz, que, si se emplean en el ámbito educativo, permite ayudar a los profesores que laboran en la estimulación temprana de niños especiales. La metodología que se llevó a cabo en esta investigación es cualitativa, se utilizó el instrumento de la entrevista cuyo objetivo fue saber si hay un alto porcentaje de uso de las herramientas informáticas en las Instituciones Especializadas, como resultado se obtuvo que dichas Instituciones están tratando de implementar el acceso al computador e internet; sin embargo, hubo indicadores bajos en relación a la continuidad de uso de estas herramientas informáticas en los alumnos que cuenta con una discapacidad especial ya que han presentados problemas en el manejo de las mismas debido a que no contaban con hardware y software especializados teniendo en cuenta que no todas las discapacidades se manejan de igual manera.es_ES
