dc.descriptionThis case study was supported by research for the analysis of the inventory control systematization in the warehouse manager, for this reason the Laws, Codes, Regulations, and Standards in force which intervene in Inventory Control were reviewed, among the that the General Comptroller of the State, General Manual of Administration and Control of the Public Sector is evidenced, in addition, a discussion was held with the officials where it is analyzed that in the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government canton Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno Jujan there is disorganization in the inventories at the change of administration which induces a shortage of historical information in the entity's inventory of assets, which are disclosed as machinery, computer assets, office furniture, all being for the use of the institution, in the change of residence of the entity was verified the state of the same, discovering deficiencies and destruction of the goods, in addition systematization with the new assets in the inventory that were acquired by the entity, enter and exit by the weighted average method, the negative situation suffered by the warehouse manager is disclosed. The methodology used for the case study is descriptive and exploratory, because it allows observing various findings incurred during the process. The research techniques used were the interview and direct observation, which allowed the creation of the necessary data to make known that you need internal control, for the preparation of the general inventory.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se apoyó en la investigación para el análisis de la sistematización del control de inventarios en la jefatura de bodega, por ello fueron revisadas las Leyes, Códigos, Reglamentos, Normas vigentes las cuales intervienen en el Control de Inventarios, entre las que se evidencia la Contraloría General del Estado, Manual General de Administración y Control del Sector Publico, además, se realizó conversatorio con los funcionarios donde se analiza que en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal cantón Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno Jujan existe desorganización en los inventarios al cambio de administración el cual induce una escases de información histórica en el inventario de bienes de la entidad, los que se dan a conocer como maquinarias, bienes informáticos, muebles de oficina, siendo todos para el uso de la institución, en el cambio de residencia de la entidad fue verificado el estado de los mismos, descubriendo carencias y destrucción de los bienes, además la sistematización con los nuevos bienes en el inventario que fueron adquiridos por la entidad, ingresan y egresan por el método de promedio ponderado, se da a conocer la situación negativa que padece la jefatura de bodega. La metodología utilizada para el estudio de caso es descriptiva y exploratoria, porque permite observar varios hallazgos incurridos durante el proceso. Las técnicas de investigación utilizadas fueron la entrevista y la observación directa, que permitieron la creación de los datos necesarios para dar a conocer que necesita control interno, para la elaboración del inventario general.es_ES
