dc.descriptionThe present work aims to detect the direct effects that influence the profitability of the sales of the “commercial Franklin” located in the city of Babahoyo, taking as a reference the context of the covid-19 pandemic and how it affected this company . The topics discussed revolved around the situation of the confinement itself that stopped the marketing and sale of the merchandise and therefore it was necessary to carry out the present study. For the development of this work, the necessary information was sought within the company for the application of different financial indices that allow us to know the financial position of the company. On the other hand, we also worked with the semiannual income statements that the company provided us to carry out our study and achieve the expected goal. The result allowed obtaining data through the application of financial methods, vertical analysis and horizontal analysis that helped us to determine that if there were significant variations within the main activity of the commercial, finally the objective was achieved and the respective analysis was carried out. The same that will help the company make decisions to apply strategies that help the salesperson to regain profitability in sales.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tiene como meta detectar los efectos directos que influyen en la rentabilidad de las ventas del “comercial Franklin” ubicado en la ciudad de Babahoyo, tomando como referencia el contexto de la pandemia por covid-19 y de qué manera afecto a esta empresa. Los temas tratados giraron en torno a la situación del confinamiento mismo que detuvo la comercialización y venta de la mercadería y por ende fue necesario realizar el presente estudio. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se buscó la información necesaria dentro de la empresa para la aplicación de diferentes índices financieros que nos permitan conocer la posición financiera de la empresa. Por otro lado, se trabajó también con los estados de resultados semestrales que nos facilitó la empresa para llevar a cabo nuestro estudio y alcanzar la meta esperada. El resultado permitió obtener datos a través de la aplicación de métodos financieros, análisis vertical y el análisis horizontal que nos ayudaron a determinar que si existió variaciones importantes dentro de la actividad principal del comercial, por último se logró el objetivo y se realizó el respectivo análisis mismo que ayudara a tomar decisiones a la empresa para aplicar estrategias que ayuden al comercial a recuperar su rentabilidad en las ventas.es_ES
