| dc.description | The purpose of the Strategic Public Electricity Corporation National Electricity Corporation CNEL EP is to provide the public service of distribution and commercialization of electric energy, within the assigned area, under the exclusive regime regulated by the State, in order to satisfy the demand for energy under the conditions established in the regulations applicable to the electricity sector and supply electricity to consumers. This case study is called "Analysis of the billing process of CNEL in the health emergency of covid-19", this research was carried out in order to publicize the billing process during the period 2019-2020, in a way That a comparison is made regarding energy consumption during the Covid-2019 pandemic period of the National Electricity Corporation CNEL EP Los Rios business unit, dedicated to the sale and distribution of electric energy, it is necessary to mention that the process of billing is executed as determined by the organic consumer defense law. To make a comparison of electricity consumption, the objective is to analyze what are the changes that have occurred in the billing process during COVID-19 and to be able to satisfy users with a better service. To achieve the proposed objective, the inductive research method was applied, which revealed the problems that arose when carrying out the billing process, the determined approach was quantitative, through which an analysis of results was carried out using tables and graphs. statistics, allowing to know the veracity of the billings and to verify the increase or decrease in the use of credit and debit notes. | dc.description.abstract | La Empresa Eléctrica Pública Estratégica Corporación Nacional de Electricidad CNEL EP, tiene como objeto brindar el servicio público de distribución y comercialización de energía eléctrica, dentro del área asignada, bajo el régimen de exclusividad regulado por el Estado, a efectos de satisfacer la demanda de energía eléctrica, en las condiciones establecidas en la normativa aplicable al sector eléctrico y suministrar electricidad a los consumidores. El presente estudio de caso se denomina " Análisis del proceso de facturación de CNEL en la emergencia sanitaria del covid-19”,la presente investigación se realizó con la finalidad de dar a conocer el proceso de facturación durante el periodo 2019-2020, de forma que se realice un comparativo en cuanto al consumo energético durante el periodo de la pandemia Covid-2019 de la Corporación Nacional de Electricidad CNEL EP Unidad de negocios Los Rios,dedicada a la venta y distribución de energía eléctrica, es necesario mencionar que el proceso de facturación se ejecuta conforme lo determina la ley orgánica de defensa del consumidor. Para realizar un comparativo del consumo eléctrico se toma como objetivo, analizar cuáles son los cambios que se ha suscitado en el proceso de facturación durante el COVID-19 y poder satisfacer a los usuarios con un mejor servicio. Para la consecución del objetivo planteado se aplicó el método de investigación inductivo, mismo que dio a conocer las problemáticas que se presentaron al realizar el proceso de facturación, el enfoque determinado fue cuantitativo, mediante el cual se realizó un análisis de resultados mediante tablas y gráficos estadísticos, permitiendo conocer la veracidad de las facturaciones y constatar el aumento o la disminución del uso de las notas de crédito y de débito. Para el desarrollo del trabajo de titulación se tomó como sublinea de investigación la gestión financiera, tributaria y compromiso social, misma que se encuentra relacionada con el proceso de facturación | es_ES |
