dc.descriptionThis case study was carried out in the company of Construcciones, Mantenimiento Civil y Eléctricas CMCER S.A. located in the city of Babahoyo, which is responsible for providing installation, repair and maintenance services for electrical system networks, construction of civil works. The purpose of the case is to evaluate the work performance of the administrative staff of the company CMCER S.A because there are administrative problems related to the overload of activities, such as: updating, modification and generation of contracts, customer service, field area inspections. The methodology used is made up of the type of descriptive and exploratory research, since it allowed to collect, analyze and interpret information about the problematic situation, for this, deductive and inductive methods were used that helped determine derived situations that affect the evaluation of work performance. of the Administrative Area. Research techniques were also used: direct observation and survey by applying instruments that collected information that supports the study. The results obtained were: that the human talent of the Administrative Area is subject to work overload due to the fact that there is not enough personnel for the development of work activities, Company management does not carry out internal analysis that allows the identification of needs in the recruitment of personnel and the coordination between the Administrative and Operational areas is incorrect due to the weak internal control executed by the human talent of administration.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio se realizó en la empresa de Construcciones, Mantenimiento Civil y Eléctricas C.M.C.E.R.S.A. ubicada en la ciudad de Babahoyo, la cual se encarga de brindar servicios de instalación, reparación o mantenimientos de redes de sistema eléctrico y construcción de obras civiles. La finalidad del caso es evaluar el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo de la empresa C.M.C.E.R.S.A debido a que existen debilidades administrativas relacionadas a la sobrecarga de actividades, como: actualización, modificación y generación de contratos, atención al cliente e inspecciones en el área Operativa. La metodología utilizada está conformada por el tipo de investigación descriptiva y exploratoria, puesto que permitió recolectar, analizar e interpretar información de la situación problemática, para ello se emplearon los métodos deductivo e inductivo que ayudaron a determinar situaciones derivadas que afectan la evaluación del desempeño laboral en el Área Administrativa. También se empleó las técnicas de investigación: observación directa y encuesta mediante la aplicación de instrumentos que recolectaron información que sustenta el estudio. Los resultados obtenidos fueron: el talento humano del Área Administrativa es objeto de sobrecarga laboral debido a que no existe suficiencia de personal para el desarrollo de las actividades laborales, la gerencia de la empresa no ejecuta análisis internos que permita la identificación de necesidades en el reclutamiento de personal y la coordinación entre el área Administrativa y Operativa es incorrecta por el débil control interno que ejecuta el talento humano de administración.es_ES
