Individuals have become so hooked on social media that over time the environment has been changing drastically, modifying existing businesses, to get a better service, having a tangible impact, making all or at least the majority of macro and micro companies enter the world of social media. The conclusions of the case study will be structured in the form of strategies that approve the oak timber industry to integrate social networks in its marketing activities, allowing to better know, know and understand customers, to have good communication and interact with everyone them and thus achieve a good result in terms of profits, this helps to amplify the importance of your brand and of course its recognition.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl propósito de la investigacion radico en Estudiar los medios sociales como una herramienta para promover el negocio; Industria Maderero el ROBLE ya que los usuarios de hoy en dia están influenciados por los criterios difundidos a través de las redes al momento de adquirir y optar servicios por internet, transformándolas en herramientas de marketing de gran importancia. Los medios sociales se han visto impactado dentro de la tecnología con varios aspectos de imagen y cantidad de ventas llevando a las pequeñas y grandes empresas a explotar sus productos de manera adecuada. Los individuos se han enganchado tanto a los medios sociales, que con el paso del tiempo se ha ido cambiando el entorno drásticamente, modificando a los negocios existentes, a conseguir un mejor servicio teniendo un impacto tangible, haciendo que todas o al menos las mayorías de macroempresas y microempresas se adentren al mundo de los medios sociales. Las conclusiones del estudio de caso se estructuraran en forma de estrategias que aprueben a la industria maderera el roble integrar las redes sociales en sus actividades de comercialización, Permitiendo conocer, saber y entender mejor a los clientes, para tener una buena comunicación e interactuar con todos ellos y así conseguir un buen resultado en cuanto a ganancias, esto ayuda a amplificar la importancia de tu marca y por supuesto el reconocimiento de esta.es_ES
