dc.descriptionThis research includes the study and analysis of the factors that affect the “Don Pato” warehouse organization climate, which is found within the Information and Communication System research line, while its sub-line is the local development of sustainable enterprises; It takes place in the “Don Pato” Warehouse located on the corner of “27 de Mayo street” and “10 de Agosto street”, which for several years has been positioned in the mind of the consumer; however, there are internal problems that affect performance in activities, conflict between collaborators that affects the development of team activities, staff do not follow the guidelines established by the administrator, there is no rotating work schedule, lack of application of a performance evaluation; events that tend to trigger saturation of customers in the premises in times of high demand, generating discomfort in them due to the lack of immediate attention. The favorable organizational culture is based on a good organization whose base is found in the values and norms that allows each one of the collaborators of a company to identify with them and maintain positive behaviors within it; by the way, thanks to it, employees increase their productivity and give a good image of the place where they work, that is, a successful employer branding (management system of the company's brand to attract talent to it) is achieved of the business in the market.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste estudio comprende el análisis de los factores que inciden en el clima organización de almacén Don Pato, la misma que se encuentra dentro de la línea de investigación Sistema de información y comunicación mientras que su sublínea es el desarrollo local de emprendimientos sostenible y sustentable; se desarrolla en Almacén Don Pato ubicado en las calles 27 de mayo y 10 de Agosto esquina que durante varios años se ha posicionado en la mente del consumidor; sin embargo, existen problemas internos que afectan al desempeño en las actividades, conflicto entre colaboradores que repercute en el desarrollo de actividades en equipo, el personal no sigue los lineamientos establecidos por el administrador, horario de trabajo rotativo, falta de aplicación de una evaluación de desempeño; acontecimientos que suelen desencadenar saturación de clientela en el local en épocas de gran demanda generando malestar en ellos por la falta de atención inmediata. La cultura organizacional favorables se basa una buena organización cuya base se encuentra en los valores y normas permite a cada uno de los colaboradores de una empresa identificarse con ellos y mantener conductas positivas dentro de la misma; así mismo, gracias a ella, los empleados incrementan su productividad y dan una buena imagen del lugar donde laboran, es decir, se logra un exitoso employer branding (sistema de gestión de la marca de la empresa para atraer el talento hacia la misma) del negocio en el mercado.es_ES
