dc.descriptionThis research was performed with the objective of determining the impact of the implementation of the epidemiological traffic light in the commercial sector, it is developed under the line of research information and communication systems, entrepreneurship and innovation, its sub-line local development and sustainable entrepreneurship. The investigation describes and analyzes the events around the measures implemented by the entity in charge of ensuring the welfare of its inhabitants within them, the state of exception decreed by the President of the Republic, due to the excessive growth of cases of the so-called SARS- COV2 that brings with it the Corona Virus disease 2019 better known as COVID-19 in its beginnings in areas such as Babahoyo, Guayaquil and Quito, Considered a constant threat to other cities, there were imposed measures of home isolation and vehicle restriction during the months of March-May, thereafter the National COE implemented the epidemiological traffic light in order to limit vehicular circulation and mitigate the scarcity of economic resources of families that did not receive income after 77 days of quarantine that triggered the closure of some commercial premises, with the passage of time problems arose such as lack of liquidity, decrease in income, reduction of employment positions, lack of digital marketing practices, threat of new competitors, among others. Problems that maintained by the commercial sector of various types that sustain the family economy through the development of these activities.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste estudio se realizó con el objetivo de determinar el impacto de la implementación del semáforo epidemiológico en el sector comercial, se desarrolla bajo la línea de investigación sistemas de información y comunicación, emprendimiento e innovación, su sublínea desarrollo local y emprendimiento sostenible y sustentable. La investigación describe y analiza los sucesos entorno a las medidas implementadas por la entidad encargada de velar por el bienestar de sus habitantes dentro de ellas, el estado de excepción decretado por el Presidente de la República, debido al crecimiento desmedido de casos del denominado SARS-COV2 que trae consigo la enfermedad de Corona Virus disease 2019 más conocida como COVID-19 en sus inicios en zonas como Babahoyo, Guayaquil y Quito, consideradas como una amenaza constante a las demás ciudad, impusieron medidas de aislamiento domiciliario y restricción vehicular durante los meses Marzo-Mayo, en lo posterior el COE Nacional implemento el semáforo epidemiológico con la finalidad de limitar la circulación vehicular y mitigar la escases de recursos económicos de familias que no percibieron ingresos después de 77 días de cuarentena que desencadeno cierre de algunos locales comerciales, con el paso del tiempo surgieron inconveniente como la falta de liquidez, decrecimiento de ingresos, reducción de plazas de empleo, carencia de prácticas de marketing digital, amenaza de nuevos competidores, entre otras… problemas que mantienen al sector comercial de diversos tipos que sostiene la economía familiar a través del desarrollo de estas actividades.es_ES
