dc.descriptionThe case study on administrative management has been carried out in the Restaurant "Gaby Coffe" is located in the city of Babahoyo, where the different administrative problems that exist are described, which originate because their owners do not have scientific knowledge of administration , this is applied based on experience, in general this problem is detected in different areas, where the elements of the administrative process such as planning, organization, execution, control are not applied, there is also an inadequate internal organization of the processes inventory control, manual sales record, advertising strategies, which leads to poor decision making. The methodology established to carry out the analysis of this case study is the descriptive type, so this allows us to study and understand the behavior of employees directly and completely, the qualitative method was applied, since it allows us to collect complete information To then proceed to its interpretation, the techniques to be used are the survey and the interview, as analysis instruments are the questionnaires and questionnaires addressed to the manager and the workers in order to obtain concrete results. Administrative management is necessary for the business environment, since this is a component to give improvements to all the activities of the organization, to achieve its objectives and achieve its goals efficiently, by using material, human and financial resources , especially so that workers can carry out their functions properly.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl caso de estudio sobre la gestión administrativa se ha realizado en el Restaurante “Gaby Coffe” se encuentra ubicado en la ciudad de Babahoyo, donde se describen los diferentes problemas administrativos que existen, los cuales se originan porque sus propietarios no poseen conocimientos científicos de administración, esta es aplicada en base a la experiencia, en general esta problemática se detecta en las diferentes áreas, donde no se aplica los elementos del proceso administrativo como son la planificación, organización, ejecución, control, además existe una inadecuada organización interna de los procesos de control de inventarios, registro de ventas manuales, estrategias publicitarias, lo que conlleva a una mala toma de decisiones. La metodología constituida para realizar el análisis del presente caso de estudio es el tipo descriptivo, por lo que esta nos permite estudiar y comprender el comportamiento de manera directa y completa de los empleados, se aplicó el método cualitativo, ya que nos permite recopilar información completa para luego provenir a su interpretación, las técnicas que se utilizara son la encuesta y la entrevista, como instrumentos de análisis son los cuestionarios de preguntas y cuestionarios de preguntas dirigida al gerente y los trabajadores a fin de obtener resultados concretos. La gestión administrativa es necesaria para el entorno empresarial, ya que esta es un componente para dar mejoras a todas las actividades de la organización, para el logro de sus objetivos y alcanzar sus metas de manera eficiente, al utilizar los recursos materiales, humanos y financieros, sobre todo para que los trabajadores puedan desarrollar sus funciones de manera adecuada.es_ES
