dc.description | Technology goes hand in hand with agriculture, as the farmer looks for a way to facilitate the work he does in the field, such as plowing. The technology benefits agriculture in many ways, many of which aid in the early detection of disease or nutrient deficiency. With the help of technology it is possible to develop agriculture in urban areas, a clear example is the orchards that are made. The use of drones in agriculture progresses more every day, they are used more and more, since they capture high resolution images in real time of the presence of diseases, deficiency of some nutrient, presence of weeds, so the farmer can carry out its timely checks. GPS is used in some agricultural machines, such as combines and tractors. These instruments not only serve to know the location, but also detect the areas of the crop that have the highest incidence of weeds and diseases. GPS is also used for topographic plan surveys. The use of technologies is aimed at improving crop production, due to the improvements that can be made thanks to them. Thus same production costs go down because the farmer will not waste products but only apply the necessary amount. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La tecnología va de la mano con la agricultura, pues el agricultor busca la manera de facilitarse el trabajo que realiza en campo, como por ejemplo el arado. La tecnología beneficia en muchas formas a la agricultura, muchas de ellas ayudan a la detección temprana de enfermedades o deficiencia de nutriente. Con ayuda de la tecnología es posible desarrollar agricultura en zonas urbanas un claro ejemplo son los huertos que se realizan. El uso de drones en la agricultura cada día avanza más, estos se utilizan cada vez más, ya que captan imágenes de alta resolución en tiempo real de la presencia de enfermedades, deficiencia de algún nutriente, presencia de malas hierbas, así el agricultor podrá realizar sus controles oportunos. Los GPS se utilizan en algunas máquinas agrícolas, como cosechadoras y tractores. Estos instrumentos no solo sirven para saber la ubicación, sino que detectan las zonas del cultivo que tienen mayor incidencia de malezas y enfermedades. También se utiliza el GPS para levantamientos de planos topográfico. El uso de las tecnologías va direccionada a mejorar la producción de los cultivos, debido a las mejoras que se pueden realizar gracias a ellas. Así mismo los costos de producción bajan por que el agricultor no desperdiciar productos, sino que solo se aplicará la cantidad necesaria. | es_ES |
