dc.descriptionThis study was carried out in order to know each of the problems that are causing sales to decrease in the Importadora CHIMASA - Babahoyo branch, in the last 3 years, using efficient information collection techniques, in which learned that the company does not have adequate advertising and innovation in its products and lacks promotion strategies avoiding the acquisition of new clients for the company. It can also be known that they do not have a training plan for their collaborators on issues related to customer service for the development of skills when selling. It is important to know that the branch needs a process of effective decision strategies that allows retaining customers with items that attract attention for their price, quality, this avoids a negative impact for the CHIMASA Importer that runs the risk of losing customers that is already loyal and therefore the definitive closure of the company is found due to its low sales, throughout this case study each of the observations that the collection of information could be verified and analyzed will be detailed.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio se llevó a cabo con el fin de conocer cada una de las problemáticas que están provocando que las ventas disminuyan en la sucursal Importadora CHIMASA – Babahoyo, en los últimos 3 años, utilizando técnicas de recolección de información eficientes, en las que se conoció que la empresa no tiene una adecuada publicidad e innovación en sus productos y carecen de estrategias de promoción evitando la captación de nuevos clientes para la empresa. También se puedo conocer que no cuentan con un plan de capacitación hacia sus colaboradores con temas relacionados con la atención al cliente para el desarrollo de habilidades al momento de vender. Es impórtate saber que la sucursal necesita un proceso de estrategias de decisión efectivas que permita retener a los clientes con artículos que llamen la atención por su precio, calidad, esto evita un impacto negativo para la Importadora CHIMASA que corre el peligro de perder a los clientes que se encuentra ya fidelizados y por lo consiguiente el cierre definitivo de la empresa por sus bajas ventas, a lo largo de este estudio de caso se detallara cada una de las observaciones que mediante la recolección de información se pudo constatar y analizar.es_ES
