All these actions occurred because it is difficult for employees to find clients in accordance with the policies for the approval of a loan, which have been considered rigorous compared to other commercials, generating inconveniences for clients and workers. For this reason, this in-depth investigation was carried out, to determine the causes and reasons for which internal and external problems have been triggered at said branch, which are supported by an interview and surveys, which gave negative results and it was possible to determine that Tropimotrs Babahoyo's credit policies are not adequate for employees to be able to make sales efficiently, and according to clients, these policies are not appropriate for the reason that they do not have facilities to access credit.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas políticas de crédito son pautas que una organización presentas a sus clientes para la aprobación del mismo, por esta razón se realizó una investigación la cual está ligada a línea de Gestión Financiera, administrativa, Tributaria, Auditoría y Control, con relación a la sublinea de modelo de Empresas e Instituciones Públicas y Privadas, en cuanto a la metodología incorporada es la de método inductivo, por el hecho de que la información que se recaudo fue por medio del tipo de investigación cuantitativo y cualitativo. Todas estas acciones se dieron debido a que a los colaboradores se les dificulta encontrar clientes acordes a las políticas para la aprobación de un crédito, las mismas que se las han considerado rigurosas a comparación de otros comerciales, generándose inconvenientes en los clientes y trabajadores. Por esta razón se realizó esta investigación a fondo, para determinar las causas y motivos por las cuales se han desencadenado problemas internos y externos de dicha sucursal, los cuales se encuentran apoyados en una entrevista y encuestas, las cuales dieron resultados negativos y se pudo determinar que las políticas de crédito de Tropimotrs Babahoyo no son las adecuadas para que los colaboradores puedan realizar ventas de una manera eficaz, y según los clientes estas políticas no son las apropiadas por el motivo de que no presentan comodidades para poder acceder a un crédito.es_ES
