dc.description.abstractLa investigación desarrollada se denomina: “LA COMUNICACIÓN ORGANIZACIONAL INTERNA Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL DESARROLLO COMUNICACIONAL DEL SEGURO SOCIAL CAMPESINO DEL CANTÓN QUEVEDO, AÑO 2020”, donde la comunicación es indispensable para que una organización pueda trabajar de manera eficiente y la mismas nos ayuda a generar valor al cliente. Por esta razón se llevó a cabo este trabajo de investigación donde se pudo constatar que el Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social, cuenta con debilidades en el aspecto de la comunicación, de manera interna como externa, en un primer caso se pudo notar que los colaboradores no cuentas con las herramientas necesarias para que se puedan ejercer actividades muy eficientes, El objetivo que tiene la presente investigación es realizar un plan de comunicación organizacional para así mejorar la gestión administrativa en el Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social al momento de atender a los afiliados en el Seguro Social Campesino. Al referirse a la comunicación interna dentro a una institución u organización se la especifica como un rol primordial dentro de ella, ya que este se ve involucrado en un conjunto o grupo los cuales van con técnicas y las mismas llevan consigo a actividades las cuales se encaminan a un solo objetivo el cual es, facilitar y agilizar la buena comunicación ya sea internamente o entre instituciones las cuales debe con llevar conductas, actitudes y propuestas en la comunicación interna de la misma.es_ES
