dc.descriptionThis case study aims to identify the indigenous and popular games of the Montubio people in order to strengthen the cultural roots of Canton Vinces, because they constitute the cultural heritage of the place and witness the way in which a society or culture relates to its environment when performing its practice. Today, cultural heritage is linked to the most pressing challenges facing humanity, contributing to the revaluation of culture and identity. The scarce knowledge of tourist activities such as native games, is one of the main impediments to a good use and development of tourism in Vinces canton. The practice of mountain games is important to strengthen the cultural identity of the mountain peoples of Canton Vinces and the tourist development of the place. The promotion of the montubian culture plays a fundamental role, which will allow to know the different native and popular games, the sector where it is carried out, and the development of tourist activities that allow to attract the cultural tourism to the city. It is important to emphasize the economic sustainability that cultural heritage provides for the tourism sector by finding a balance between taking advantage of it and preserving its richness for future generations.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso tiene como finalidad identificar los juegos autóctonos y populares del pueblo montubio para fortalecer las raíces culturales del Cantón Vinces, debido a que constituyen el patrimonio cultural del lugar y son testigos de la forma en que una sociedad o cultura se relaciona con su ambiente al realizar su práctica. Hoy en día el Patrimonio cultural se encuentra ligado a los desafíos más apremiantes a los que se enfrenta la humanidad, contribuyendo a la revalorización de la cultura y la identidad. El escaso conocimiento de actividades turísticas como son los juegos autóctonos, es uno de los principales impedimentos para un buen aprovechamiento y desarrollo del turismo en cantón Vinces. La práctica de juegos montubios es importante para fortalecer la identidad cultural de los pueblos montubios del Cantón Vinces y el desarrollo turístico del lugar. La promoción de la cultura montubia juega un rol fundamental, que permitirá conocer los diferentes juegos autóctonos y populares, el sector donde se lo realiza, y el desarrollo de actividades turísticas que permitan atraer el turismo cultural a la ciudad. Es importante hacer hincapié a la sostenibilidad económica que el patrimonio cultural brinda para el sector turístico encontrando un equilibrio entre obtener provecho del mismo y preservar su riqueza para las generaciones futuras.es_ES
