dc.descriptionThis research work was carried out in the DIAL-RÍOS Hemodialysis Unit in the city of Vinces which is responsible for providing specialized medical care in patients with renal insufficiency. The objective of this research is to establish a relationship between the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with CRF because this disease progressively affects the functionality of the kidneys to cause death, so why, This research is based on the evaluation of the nutritional status of each one of them, it is possible to establish control parameters that allow improving their health conditions and fighting the disease in the best possible way. The research methodology used in this research work was under the qualitative-quantitative approaches because numerical data and fundamental aspects of the subject studied were collected, in the same way the types, methods, techniques and research instruments aimed at the beneficiaries were applied. of this study to collect the necessary information of the variables under analysis such as nutritional status and its relationship with the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure. This research resulted in the majority of those diagnosed with chronic renal failure being male and that many of them are of limited economic resources, also 51% of them have low weight, this due to the degenerative characteristics of this disease. In conclusion, chronic renal failure is a high-risk disease that initially has no symptoms and can cause death of people but is not diagnosed in time, for this reason it is necessary to establish a nutritional guide that allows adequate nutritional status and that in this way the quality and living conditions of these people with CRI are improved.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se le realizo en la Unidad de Hemodiálisis DIAL-RÍOS de la ciudad de Vinces la cual es encargada de brindar atención médica especializada en pacientes con insuficiencia renal. El objetivo de esta investigación radica establecer una relación entre el estado nutricional y calidad de vida de los pacientes con IRC debido a que esta enfermedad afecta de forma progresiva a la funcionalidad de los riñones hasta llegar a causar la muerte, por ello el por qué, de esta investigación es a través de la evaluación del estado nutricional de cada uno de ellos se pueda establecer parámetros de control que permitan mejorar sus condiciones de salud y combatir la enfermedad de la mejor manera posible. La metodología de la investigación utilizada en este trabajo investigativo estuvo bajo los enfoques cuali-cuantitativo debido a que se recolectaron datos numéricos y aspectos fundamentales de la temática estudiada, del mismo modo se aplicaron los tipos, métodos, técnicas e instrumentos investigativos dirigidas a los beneficiarios de este estudio para recolectar la información necesaria de la variables objeto de análisis como el estado nutricional y su relación con la calidad de vida de los pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica. Esta investigación tuvo como resultado que la mayoría de los diagnosticados con insuficiencia renal crónica son de género masculino y que muchos de ellos son de escasos recursos económicos, asimismo el 51% de ellos presenta bajo peso, esto debido a las características degenerativas de esta enfermedad. En conclusión, la insuficiencia renal crónica es una enfermedad de alto riesgo que en un principio no presenta síntomas y que puede causar la muerte de las personas sino se diagnostica a tiempo, por tal razón es necesario establecer una guía alimenticia que permita tener estado nutricionales adecuados y que de esa forma se mejore la calidad y condiciones de vida de estas personas con IRC.es_ES
