In order to suppress the consumption of the drug in the adolescent, we proceeded with the planning of a therapeutic scheme based on principles of cognitive behavioral therapy specifically in the training in social skills, obtaining significant positive behavioral changes as well as the suppression of the consumption by the youth In addition to this, improvements in mainly mother-child relationships were the emotional aspect that most affected the maintenance of addictive behaviors.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso abordo una problemática bastante común en esta época en nuestras instituciones educativas, en nuestros hogares y en general afecta a toda la contribuyen a las tareas de prevención, terciaria pues se lleva a cabo una intervención sociedad en su conjunto, el sujeto de estudio es un estudiante de 16 años de edad consumidor de la droga “h”, se indaga como las técnicas en habilidades sociales terapéutica con la finalidad de modificar los patrones de comportamientos desadaptativos, para esta finalidad se emplearon herramientas de valoración diagnostica tales como historia clínica, el análisis de la ficha de observación y los test psicológicos (Test de Millon, Escala de Ramos) así como el estado ansiedad (Escala de ansiedad de Beck) corroboraron el diagnostico presuntivo de dependencia de consumo de drogas F11.2 (dependencia de heroína) asociado a conflictos familiares Z62.820 (problema de relación entre padres e hijos). Para suprimir el consumo de la droga en el adolescente se procedió con la planificación de un esquema terapéutico fundamentado en principios de la terapia cognitiva conductual específicamente en el entrenamiento en habilidades sociales, obteniendo cambios comportamentales positivos significativos así como la supresión del consumo de parte del joven sumado a esto mejoras en las relaciones principalmente madre – hijo que era el aspecto emocional que más incidía en el mantenimiento de las conductas adictivas.es_ES
