| dc.description | This research is aimed at the ¨Analysis of the State of Tourist Situation of the Olmedo’s House and the Factors that Prevent Its Development, in the year 2020¨, intends to strengthen the population in the tourist sense and integrator of the historical value that represents the Olmedo’s House, because with the passage of time and the course of space has been of little interest for the population and for government authorities, promoting the recognition and protection of this historical heritage. The present case study seeks to investigate the Olmedo’s House to contribute to historical information allowing the influx and increase of tourists and economic income, motivated by the preservation of this material asset, therefore, caring for and giving interest to this heritage demonstrates an important value for the inhabitants of the Babahoyo Canton. This case study aims to develop the Olmedo’s House, because it is an important resource that the Babahoyo Canton preserves. This tourist resource is located near the shore of the Babahoyo River in the making of La Virginia, which does not have an abundance of tourists. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación va encaminada al ¨Análisis Del Estado De Situación Turístico De La Casa De Olmedo Y Los Factores Que Impiden Su Desarrollo, en el año 2020¨, tiene la intención de fortalecer a la población en el sentido turístico e integrador del valor histórico que representa la Casa de Olmedo, pues con el paso de los tiempo y el transcurso del espacio ha sido de poco interés para la población y para las autoridades gubernamentales, promoviendo el reconocimiento y protección de este Patrimonio Histórico Cultural. El presente estudio de caso, procura investigar la Casa de Olmedo para contribuir a la información histórica permitiendo la afluencia e incremento de turistas e ingresos económico, motivados por la preservación de este bien material, por ende, el cuidar y darle interés a este Patrimonio demuestra un valor importante para los habitantes del Cantón Babahoyo. Este estudio de caso tiene como objetivo desarrollar turísticamente la Casa de Olmedo, porque es un recurso importante que conserva el Cantón Babahoyo. Este recurso turístico se encuentra ubicado cerca de la orilla del río Babahoyo en la Hacienda La Virginia, la cual no cuenta con abundante afluencia de turistas. | es_ES |
