The objective of this case study is to discover the factors that influenced the cessation of operations of the Grand Daniel Tourist Complex, to determine the causes that caused the permanent closure, through the methods of deductive and analytical research, where information was obtained through interviews and surveys. | dc.description.abstract | En la ciudad de Babahoyo existen escasos complejos turísticos, debido a esto, las personas deciden trasladarse a sectores aledaños con fines de recreación. El objetivo de este caso de estudio es descubrir los factores que influyeron en el cese de operaciones del Complejo Turístico Grand Daniel, para determinar las causas que ocasionaron el cierre permanente, mediante los métodos de investigación deductivo y analítico, donde se obtuvo información por medio de entrevista y encuestas. Los problemas de índole social afectaron al establecimiento objeto de estudio.
