dc.descriptionThe priority of this research project is to identify the necessary strategies for positioning in social networks. Due to the great importance of the Internet today, new strategies have been generated on how to make a company known through the platforms already known as "social networks", these platforms have become a means for the mass movement of information and getting a good positioning in these can guarantee progress for a travel agency. The tourist, as a frequent consumer of social networks, demands that tourism companies make use of new technologies to make themselves known through these networks because the information reaches them in an easier and more personal way so that the client feels more comfortable at the time of knowing about the company in question. The great impact that has generated the millions of interactions that occur every day through social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, among others, has generated the development of an area of marketing known as digital marketing whose main objective is to generate the promotion of an agency by digital means. The digital marketing is becoming a new method to be able to make negotiations at a global level without belonging to a conventional work, where being subjected to rigid schedules is usually a burden for most people. Everyone knows that the internet has a wide range of tools that facilitate instant contact with anyone. Some social networks have already been facilitated as tools to generate negotiations, using systems to capture and follow customers anywhere in the world through any device capable of connecting to the Internet, either computers or mobile phones.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste proyecto de investigación tiene como prioridad identificar las estrategias necesarias para el posicionamiento en redes sociales. Debido a la gran importancia que tiene el internet hoy en día, se han generado nuevas estrategias de cómo hacer conocer una empresa a través de las plataformas ya conocidas como “redes sociales”, estas plataformas se han convertido en un medio para el movimiento masivo de información y llegar a tener un buen posicionamiento en estas puede garantizar el progreso para una agencia de viajes. El turista, como consumidor frecuente de las redes sociales, demanda que las empresas turísticas hagan uso de nuevas tecnologías para hacerse conocer por medio de estas redes debido a que la información les llega de una manera más fácil y personal por lo cual el cliente se siente más cómodo al momento de conocer sobre la empresa tratada. El gran impacto que ha generado los millones de interacciones que se dan día a día por medio de las redes sociales como Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, entre otros; ha generado el desarrollo de un área del marketing conocido como marketing digital cuyo principal objetivo es el de generar la promoción de una agencia por medios digitales. El marketing digital se está convirtiendo en un nuevo método para poder hacer negociaciones a nivel global sin pertenecer a un trabajo convencional, donde someterse a horarios rígidos suele ser una carga para le mayoría de las personas. Todo el mundo sabe que internet tiene una amplia gama de herramientas que facilitan el contacto instantáneo con cualquier persona. Algunas redes sociales ya se han facilitado como herramientas generadoras de negociaciones, utilizando sistemas para captar y seguir clientes en cualquier lugar del mundo por medio de cualquier dispositivo capaz de conectarse a internet ya sea computadoras o móviles.es_ES
