dc.descriptionCommunication is a basic element that generates sociability, it is through it that man nurtures himself and preserves his character as an eminent being of coexistence, in addition to promoting social solidarity and cooperative spirit among groups. The main objective of this research work has been to identify the professional profile of the social communicator as such, and in turn to point out the characteristics of the labor market and its employability. The case study was carried out in stages where the following methods were used: theoretical, bibliographic, qualitative, descriptive and explanatory; As tools for data collection, interviews and surveys of professionals in the field of social communication were used. In this way, the desired objective was fulfilled, and it was possible to know the main problems found that were the lack of work experience and the updating of knowledge in other fields of communication.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa comunicación es un elemento básico generador de la sociabilidad, es a través de ella que el hombre se nutre y preserva su carácter como ser eminente de convivencia, además de promover la solidaridad social y el espíritu cooperativo entre los grupos. El objetivo principal del presente trabajo de investigación ha sido el de identificar el perfil profesional del comunicador social como tal, y a su vez señalar las características del mercado laboral y la empleabilidad que este tiene. El estudio de caso se lo realizó por etapas donde se utilizaron los siguientes métodos: teórico, bibliográfico, cualitativo, descriptivo y explicativo; como herramientas para la recolección de datos se emplearon entrevistas y encuestas a profesionales del campo de la comunicación social. De esta, manera se cumplió con el objetivo deseado, y se logró conocer los principales problemas encontrados que fueron la falta de experiencia laboral y la actualización de conocimientos en otros campos de la comunicación.es_ES
