Situation that had the following problem as a general problem: Administrative leadership and its relationship in the activities of the secretaries of the Department of Secretary of the Faculty of Legal, Social and Education Sciences, as a general objective the analysis of professional skills in management, This indicates the relationship that exists between the management of the secretaries and the administrative processes. The methodological and information collection processes were basic and descriptive and correlational. Their designs were non-experimental, field and bibliographic. The methodology applied was the analytical inductive methods, which allowed the confrontation of the different theories that were selected and validated. Describe the variables and structure the theoretical support. A population of 5 people involved in the problem was also considered. For this, the following techniques were applied, such as observation, interview and questionnaire, which were the instruments used to obtain the information required for the investigation. Process that allowed the analysis of the results that allowed to make and reach the conclusion of said research work showing the problem posed.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación titulado El liderazgo administrativo en las actividades secretariales. Situación que Tuvo como problema general el siguientes problema El liderazgo administrativo y su relación en las actividades de las secretarias del Departamento de Secretaria de la Facultad Ciencias Jurídicas, Sociales y de la Educación, como objetivo general el análisis de las habilidades profesionales en la gestión, lo cual indica la relación que existe entre la gestión de las secretarias y los procesos administrativos. Los procesos metodológicos y de recolección de la información fue de tipo básico muy descriptiva y correlacional sus diseños fue no experimental, de campo y bibliográfica la metodología aplicada fueron los métodos inductivo analítico, que permitieron la confrontación de las distintas teorías que fueron seleccionadas y validadas para describir las variables y estructurar le sustento teórico. También se consideró una población, de 5 personas involucradas en la problemática. Para ello se aplicó las siguientes técnicas como la observación, la entrevista y el cuestionario que fueron los instrumentos que sirvieron para obtener la información que se requería para la investigación. Proceso que permitió el análisis de los resultados que permitieron hacer y llegar a la conclusión de dicho trabajo de investigación de mostrando la problemática planteada.es_ES
